Social media management
Stay in the conversation—in English and Chinese.
A busy week shouldn’t turn into a silent month online. We manage English- and Chinese-language social channels as an ongoing part of your business: planning what to say, adapting it for each audience, publishing approved content, and keeping up with the conversation. The same brand, without treating every channel—or every reader—the same.
A good fit when
- Your accounts go quiet whenever the business gets busy.
- You want to reach both English- and Chinese-speaking customers.
- No one owns the content calendar, publishing, and replies.
What we work on
- Channel roles
- Choose the channels your audience uses and give each one a job. We agree what belongs where before adding another account.
- The content calendar
- Plan topics, formats, and publishing dates around your offers, customer questions, and the business calendar.
- English and Chinese content
- Write and adapt captions and content briefs for each audience. Tone, context, and platform conventions matter as much as the words.
- Publishing and community
- Schedule approved posts, manage the agreed comment and inbox workload, and pass sales or service questions to the right person.
- Reporting and adjustments
- Review reach, engagement, clicks, and enquiries where data is available. Use the findings to adjust the next content calendar.
Before we begin
- Which platforms do we need?
- Start with where your customers spend time, not a list of accounts. We agree the platforms to manage after reviewing your audience and existing channels.
- Is the Chinese content a translation?
- Not by default. We adapt the subject, tone, and format for the audience while keeping the brand and the offer consistent.
- Who approves the posts and replies?
- We agree an approval process before publishing, along with reply guidelines and which questions should go back to your team.
- Are ads, photography, and video included?
- We define those separately. The scope states what content we prepare, what assets you supply, and whether paid media or photo and video production is needed.
